In this first solo album recorded "at home", Christian VANDER succeeds in reproducing the unique sensation of being present - in front of our very eyes - at the birth of a work of art. He is there, before us, alone, at the piano, improvising.... and one can hear, for the first time, this music in its simplest and purest form - an intimate and profound song, an intense prayer or contemplation in the night. Without doubt, this record is the intimate fruit of a meditative retreat, the reflection of that constantly-evolving interior world of which Christian VANDER has always tried to give us glimpses.
