This
recording contains the sound track to the multimedia presentation ëChristophe
Colombí, specially created for a single open-air performance during
the autumn festival of the city of Reims on the 26th September 1992. The
purpose of the show was not to try and reconstruct history, but rather
to transmit sensations, create atmospheres and paint impressions. The
music, composed by Christian Vander and played only on keyboards, forms
a wonderful backdrop to his passionate recitative of the adventures of
this great Admiral on his search for new horizons. |
