This third album finds Simon GOUBERT leading a well-balanced quintet graced by the presence of Arrigo LORENZI, his long-time collaborator. In a suite of compositions reminiscent of McCoy Tyner we find jazz played in a powerful and unrestrained, jubilant style propelled by driving, insurgent drumming.
